The Barn

Merging our two gîtes, "Laurel Side" and "Ash-Tree Side" allows us to accomodate 11 guests and makes it partially wheelchair accessible.

"The Barn" is built in the old barn that was renovated using healthy and authentic materials (raw clay, wood, terracotta) whitch gives the room a serene and light athmosphere.

By a clever system of semi-fixed walls, the three layers of soundproofing and insulation that separate the two Gîtes can be removed to open the whole length of the habitat. In this confuguration, "the barn" is able to comfortably house 11 persons.

Big living room - dining room- kitchen in the whole length of the barn (90 m²/ 1,000 sq. foot) , with 2 wood stoves

French windows on both north and south side, giving access to 2 private gardens with barbecues and garden furnitures.

2 mezzanines above the living room. (sleeping 2 x 2 persons)

2 rooms for 2 persons, one of whitch has a french window.

1 room for 3 persons with french window.

3 independant showers, 3 separated bathrooms, 3 bathroom sinks, 2 washbasins.

1 dish-washer, 1washing machine.

The 35 inches wide beds can be twinned if double bed are needed.
The sheets are provided.

Free access to the 65 hectares (160 acres) of the domain, reserved for our guests, with paths, trails, horse trails and a 3 acres lake.;
